Soft and Fluffy Low Carb Cloud Bread

Ingredients
  1. 3 large eggs

  2. 3 oz cream cheese, softened

  3. 1/8 tsp cream of tartar

  4. 1/8 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.  Separate egg whites and yolks.

Place egg whites and cream of tartar in a large mixing bowl.  With an electric mixer, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.

In another large bowl, beat the egg yolks, cream cheese and salt until smooth.

Fold the egg whites gradually and gently into the cream cheese mixture, using care not to disturb the air bubbles in the egg whites.

Scoop the mixture out onto the parchment by wooden spoonfuls enough to form 6 round pancake like discs.

Bake 25 to 35 minutes until bread is a golden color.  Transfer to a cooling rack and let cool to room temperature before enjoying!
