Fried Cabbage Over Rice(From Our July 2009 Newsletter - Auntie Que)Ingredients:
Remove the bacon and leave the grease in the pan, you need it to brown the cabbage in. Brown the cabbage slightly on both sides. Add 1/8 cup of water and let cabbage simmer. Return bacon to the pan and let simmer until cabbage is soft. Serve over rice and enjoy! |
