Tasty Baked Asparagus

Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh asparagus spears, tough ends removed
- 1 cup crumbled pork rinds
- 1 cup Bacon Ranch Dressing
- Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place asparagus spears in a lightly greased, 8 x 8 casserole dish.
Pour the ranch dressing over the asparagus, making sure to evenly cover it.
Salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle the crumbled pork rinds over the top.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes until the top is lightly golden brown and asparagus is tender. Serves 3-4 people.
This recipe is so simple! It´s low carb, Keto and Paleo friendly, and it is a fresh take on an otherwise bland vegetable!
