Baked Breakfast Frittata — Anything Goes!

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- ¾ cup grated cheese, any variety
- ¾ cup milk or cream (cream adds a richness to the frittata)
- 1 cup vegetables - peppers, onions, celery, spinach, kale, tomatoes — whatever you have on hand will work!
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9-inch cake pan or even a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper (Including up the sides).
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, cheese, milk, vegetables and seasonings. Pour the mixture into the cake pan or baking dish.
Bake until the frittata is golden and puffy and the center feels firm and springy, about 25 minutes or more.
Serve with Bacon or Ham or add those right in to the Frittata!
Anything goes! A little fruit on the side and you´re set.
