Kielbasa Hash(From Our September 2010 Newsletter - Grandma C.)Ingredients
Add potatoes and cook till almost tender, about 15 minutes. Add onion & bell pepper and cook an additional 6-8 minutes. Slice kielbasa into 1/2 inch slices and add to skillet, cooking only until heated through. The oils from the Kielbasa will flavor the hash. Add salt and pepper to taste. *For a lighter hash, cook the Kielbasa in a skillet by itself and drain the grease before you add it to the hash. |
