Creamy Cheesesteak Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 green peppers, coarsely chopped
- 2 onions, diced
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 12 oz of provolone cheese, grated
- 6 oz Velveeta cheese, melted.
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 pkg (16 oz) elbow macaroni
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put macaroni on to boil according to package directions. Boil to an al dente´ stage. Drain.
Season ground beef with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Brown in a large deep frying pan. Drain fat and remove from pan. Set aside.
In the same pan, saute peppers and onions together. (approx., 5 minutes.) Add the ground beef and stir, keeping on med heat.
Melt butter, Velveeta and milk together in a microwave. Stop and stir at 30 second intervals until Velveeta is melted.
Add grated cheese and stir, then pour into meat mixture. Mix.
Fold in cooked macaroni.
Remove from heat and place in a 9x13 baking dish,lightly greased (I use Pam cooking spray.)
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
