Breakfast Salad?(From Our May 2022 Newsletter - Grandma C.)Ingredients
Boil potatoes for approximately 7-8 minutes, drain and let cool. Place lettuce and spinach leaves in a large bowl. Top with bacon, potato halves, eggs avocado, tomatoes and parmesan cheese. Add Salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with salad dressing and toss lightly to coat. Recipe will serve 4 people. |
