Low-Low Carb Pumpkin Smoothies

Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk (such as blue diamond almond breeze, unsweetened, vanilla flavor)
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 4-6 individual packets splenda sweetener (or to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Ground nutmeg
- Ground cinnamon
- Cool whip
In a blender, blend almond milk, pumpkin and splenda until well mixed.
Add ice cubes and blend until mixture is thickened.
Add a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
If you’re a sugar loving person, the variation for this recipe is to use sweetened almond breeze and canned pumpkin pie mix!
It tastes great and makes a wonderful fall dessert! Makes 3-4 medium smoothies
