Taco Pizza With Pizzaz!

Ingredients

1. 1 refrigerated Pizza crust (such as Pillsbury)


2. 1.5 pounds ground beef


3. 1 pkg Taco seasoning mix


4. 1 cup green onions, chopped


5. 1 cup cilantro, chopped


6. 1 small can sliced black olives


7. 1 cup diced Rotel tomatoes, drained


8. 1 cup sour cream


9. 2 cups grated Mexican blend cheese


10. 1 cup crunched up Doritos.*


11. Shredded lettuce for garnish

Spread the Pizza dough on a cookie sheet according to package directions.

Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees then remove and set aside to cool.

While baking the dough, brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain.

Add the Taco seasoning mix with a half cup of water, stir and simmer on low heat for a few minutes so the flavors can blend.

After Pizza dough has cooled, spread sour cream over it.  Then add the taco meat, spreading evenly.

Next add the Rotel tomatoes, spreading evenly.  Now add the cheese and top that with the green onion, olives and doritos.

Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Garnish with shredded lettuce and cilantro.

* Tip: Don‘t pulverize the doritos!  Just crunch them up into small pieces.
