Simple Cheesy Sausage And Veggie Casserole (Keto Friendly)(From Our December 2022 Newsletter - Grandma C.)Ingredients
Slice the smoked sausage into bite sized pieces, (approx. ¼ inch slices). Lightly spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Add the onion, broccoli and cauliflower to the dish, then add the sausage, salt and pepper (to taste) and stir to mix. Add the Boursin Cheese to the center of the dish, do not stir. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Mix with wooden spoon to evenly disperse the cheese throughout the dish. Dish takes about 35 minutes to make and serves 3-4 people. |
