Artichoke Relish

Jerusalem Artichokes are the the root of the Sunflower: this root with other spices become a very tasty hor d'vour or side dish!
Here are some ways to use it!
  • Serve relish over cream cheese or brie with crackers for a delightful appetizer for your guests.

  • Spice up your white fish by adding a dollop of the relish as a topping.

  • Give your regular tuna or chicken salad a kick by replacing your current relish with Artichoke Relish
You can find more information on this wonderful condiment and other fine foods in the "Putting Up" Series at Barnes and Noble.
