Seasoned Home Fries with Chipotle Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
Potatoes
- 1 or 2 pounds of Mini Yukon Gold potatoes
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash seasoning, any flavor
Dipping Sauce
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce, any style
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tbsp Chipotle seasoning
- Salt and Pepper
Slice potatoes lengthwise into quarters.
Put them into a lage zipper style plastic bag.
Add the olive oil and Mrs. Dash seasoning to the bag and shake to mix until all of the potatoes are covered.
Place them on a cookie sheet (single layer, don't stack!).
Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
While the Potatoes are in the oven,
Mix the BBQ sauce and sour cream in a bowl.
Add in the ground cumin, chipotle seasoning and salt and pepper (to taste), mix well. Serve with home fries.
This is a surprisingly easy recipe and it's got a great flavor!
