Crunchy Blueberry Cream Cheese Parfait

Ingredients With a hand mixer, blend cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.

Layer in parfait goblets beginning with blueberries, then a layer of cream cheese mixture, then a small amount of graham crackers or granola, then repeat.

Garnish with mint leaves if desired.  Chill for 1 hour befor serving.

Variations:
  1. Can be made with blueberries and lemon cream cheese by substituting lemon extract for vanilla.

  2. Can also be made with raspberries and orange cream cheese by using orange extract instead of vanilla.
Makes 4 parfait desserts
