Old Fashioned Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 bag (12 oz) wide egg noodles
- 2 cans tuna (in water) do not drain!
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup frozen peas
- ⅔ cup sour cream
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1 TBSP butter, melted
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Topping - 1 cup crushed potato chips
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Boil egg noodles to al dente stage, (slightly undercooked). Drain.
Add noodles and other ingredients to large bowl, stirring to combine.
Pour into a greased 9x13 glass baking pan. Top with crushed potato chips.
Bake 35 minutes or until casserole is bubbly and heated through.
**For veggie lovers, substitute frozen mixed vegetables instead of peas.
