Tasty Homemade Granola
				(From Our September 2017 Newsletter - Grandma C.)
				
Ingredients
				
					- 2 cups rolled oats (uncooked) 
 
					- 1 cup sliced pecans
 
					- 1 cup silced almonds
 
					- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
 
					- ½ cup raisins
 
					- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
 
					- ½ cup maple syrup
 
					- ¼ cup olive oil
 
				
			
				Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
				Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl EXCEPT for the raisins.  Toss to coat.
				Line 2 Jelly Roll pans with parchment paper.
				Divide granola mixture and spread equal amounts evenly on each pan. Place one on each rack in oven.
				Bake 40-45 minutes until golden.
				Transfer immediately to a large bowl.  Stir occasionally until completely cool, then add raisins or other dried fruit of your choice.
				Placed in an airtight container they will keep up to 2 weeks.
				
(Tip* Switch pans from bottom to top-top to bottom rack every 15 minutes to keep from overbaking.  Bottom rack tends to cook faster.)
