- 1 pkg smoked sausage or polska kielbasa, cut in 1/2 inch slices
- 1 cup chicken stock or chicken broth
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup yellow onion
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- fresh parsley for garnish
- ½ cup celery, sliced
- 3 tsp cayenne pepper

Cook spaghetti to desired consistency. Drain and set aside.
Melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat in a deep skillet. Add 1 tsp cajun seasoning, stir.
Add uncooked shrimp, saute for 2 to 2½ minutes, making sure both sides are browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
Add 1 more tbsp butter to pan, melt.
Add sausage, garlic, celery and onion, brown until heated through and flavors are blended, then add cayenne pepper, thyme, red pepper flakes and salt. Stir to mix.
Add in cooked shrimp. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir.
