Cheesy Green Chile Cauliflower Casserole(Keto Friendly)(From Our August 2021 Newsletter - Grandma C.)Ingredients
Cook cauliflower rice according to package directions. If watery, strain it and set aside. Melt butter in a skillet on medium heat and saute onion and celery until slightly softened. In a large mixing bowl, add cauliflower, cheeses, sour cream and cream, the sauted celery and onions (with butter), the green chilies and seasonings. Mix with a spatula until combined and spread in baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
