Low-Low Carb Pumpkin Smoothies(From Our November 2010 Newsletter - Grandma C.)Ingredients
Add ice cubes and blend until mixture is thickened. Add a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. If you’re a sugar loving person, the variation for this recipe is to use sweetened almond breeze and canned pumpkin pie mix! It tastes great and makes a wonderful fall dessert! Makes 3-4 medium smoothies. |
