Mexican Cabbage Roll Soup(From Our March 2022 Newsletter - Grandma C.)Ingredients
Add oil to pan and heat on medium high, then add onion and cabbage and saute 4–6 minutes tossing gently. Stir in beef, chilies, broth and water. Reduce heat to medium–low, cover and simmer for approximately 10 minutes. Stir in cilantro. Top with pico de gallo and a dollop of sour cream before serving. |
